The reason why the carnivore diet has gained significant traction is due to its stringent elimination process of harmful foods and toxins, resulting in profound positive outcomes. For many, it has been life-changing after experiencing various amazing health benefits from the Carnivore Diet, some have even chose to adopt it as a lifestyle, and others simply use it as an introduction to a healthier path. To determine the most suitable approach and see which is a better fit, a methodical process of assessment and elimination is necessary after completing My Carnivore Planner program.
Group 1 individuals, who continue experiencing benefits after completing My Carnivore Planner program, have three options: continuing the Carnivore Lifestyle, transitioning to a Ketogenic Lifestyle, or a Low-Oxalate Lifestyle by gradually reintroducing Low-Oxalate non-carnivorous foods along with carnivorous in order to continue maintaining improved health benefits while monitoring their impact. In contrast, Group 2 individuals, who shortly after receiving benefits begin to witness a decline of those benefits. it is not the end of their journey since they may still be able to preserve their benefits if they transition to a Ketogenic Lifestyle or Low-Oxalate Lifestyle by avoiding high oxalates foods such as green leafy vegetables, potatoes, cereals, beets, soy and many others. This is precisely what makes the Carnivore approach a great elimination diet. Thus, for those who find success, whether as a permanent lifestyle choice or as part of an elimination regimen, the results can be undeniable. Nonetheless, there are numerous amazing testimonials worth considering.
Before embarking on the Carnivore Diet, it's crucial to acknowledge and accept the necessity of eliminating of "OTHER FOODS" and toxins from one's diet and embracing a mindset of commitment to the process ahead. Rushing into the process without mentally preparing oneself can lead to pitfalls. It's common for individuals to indulge excessively in foods they anticipate giving up, rationalizing it as a farewell gesture before starting the diet in earnest. If you must, it is better to bid your farewell goodbyes at least a week before commencing the initial phase of My Carnivore Planner program.
Once committed, understanding the underlying motivations behind it is essential. Clarifying one's reasons for embarking on this journey provides a solid foundation for commitment. This clarity enables individuals to prioritize their health goals over cravings or attachments to familiar foods with a determination to eliminate these "OTHER FOODS" as fast as possible.
While the temptation to quit "OTHER FOODS" cold turkey may be strong, it's advisable to adhere to the structured approach outlined in My Carnivore Plan. Abruptly eliminating certain foods can trigger withdrawal symptoms, leading you to revert to your old eating habits, or in some rare cases, even illness such as flu-like symptoms referred to as the Keto-Flu, which happens to some who drastically transition into a ketogenic or carnivore diet. In those cases, recovery happens shortly after their body has adjusted to the changes. Some may find success in skipping some levels altogether, but this approach varies from person to person.
Each level in Phase One of My Carnivore Planner involves the gradual elimination of specific foods. If certain foods have already been eliminated from one's diet, then there is no need to revisit the previous levels, expediting their progression through the program. Level One of the Carnivore Planner emphasizes the establishment of a three-meal plan, catering to individuals accustomed to frequent eating. However, in the beginning of Phase One, for those already consuming two meals a day, the third meal is optional initially, as long as one meal adheres strictly to the carnivore diet. My Carnivore Planner is not just about dietary changes but also about cultivating discipline and confidence, both mentally and physically. This gradual approach fosters a sense of obedience to one's health goals within My Carnivore Planner program, laying the groundwork for long-term success.
It is also important to note that for some, the Carnivore Diet may not be an option, which is why consulting a professional doctor you trust and who is aware of any health issues you may have before following anything published on My Carnivore Planner program.
Despite initial skepticism, many healthcare professionals now acknowledge the metabolic health benefits of the carnivore lifestyle. Even some skeptics have turned believers as positive testimonies continue to emerge throughout social media, one being Dr. Suresh Khirwsdkar with patients of his claiming many health Benefits such as:

RULE #1.
NO FRIED MEAT, NO FRIED CHICKEN NOT EVEN FRIED CHICKEN WINGS… NO FRIED ANYTHING
CRAVINGS
During the initial 2-4 weeks of Phase 2, starting the Carnivore Lifestyle, it's common to crave for “OTHER FOOD” other than what's allowed. However, looking forward to enjoying a delicious steak can help resist those cravings, unlike other diets that might not be as satisfying.
As time passes, cravings tend to fade, and you'll find yourself more in control. Embracing the carnivore lifestyle might shift your cravings towards meat instead of other foods. It's like your mind forgets about those other foods and starts craving meat in-betweens meals. It is best to follow My Carnivore Planner in detail however although not recommended , it is better to fight cravings of “OTHER FOOD” by over eating carnivore products in order to overcome those cravings until your mind and body have eliminated those “OTHER FOOD” toxins causing those withdrawals.
WELL DONE or RAW STEAK
Finding the perfect balance between cooked meat preference while preserving nutritional quality is key. The less heated the more nutrients are preserved. However, while some prefer their meat rare for its superior taste and texture, it's essential to consider individual tolerance levels, as consuming overly rare meat can lead to feeling ill for certain individuals. Regarding the presence of red fluid in steak, which is a mixture of water and myoglobin, a muscle protein. Unlike hemoglobin, which transports oxygen in the bloodstream, myoglobin stores oxygen in cells.. in the case of medical assessments for myoglobin in the blood are primarily to focus on identifying muscle injuries rather than blood composition, therefore, it is not blood
Consequently, many within the carnivore community, including medical professionals, assert that consuming raw beef can be a safe dietary choice depending on your tolerance. However, maintaining cleanliness is essential; ensure the meat and preparation areas are clean, refrigerate promptly, and practice good hand hygiene. Opting for a well-done steak is still a viable choice that offers carnivorous health benefits."
NO HORMONES OR ANTIBIOTICS EVER
Hormones: Just like people, animals have hormones that control things like growth. Sometimes, farmers give animals extra hormones to make them grow faster or produce more milk or eggs. When we eat meat or dairy from these animals, we might also consume these extra hormones, which could mess with our own body and cause health problems.
Antibiotics: Farmers sometimes give antibiotics to animals to keep them stable and make them grow faster. But when we eat meat from these animals, we might also consume small amounts of these antibiotics. Over time, this can make the antibiotics less effective when we need them to treat infections in ourselves, making it harder to get better when we're sick.
Hormones and antibiotics in food can be concerning because they might interfere with our body's natural hormone balance or immune system. Additionally, consuming these substances could potentially lead to antibiotic resistance or allergic reactions in some individuals. If possible and affordable it is best to try and avoid them so that you may see better results with My Carnivore Planner.
GRASS-FED vs NOT GRASS-FED
Opting for grass-fed meat is often considered the optimal choice for quality, though other options are acceptable as well. Similar results can typically be achieved regardless. A method to discern grass-fed meat is by observing that the fat appears more yellowish rather than white.
TYPES OF MEAT
Steak and Beef but if you desire to eat Chicken and Eggs that works too, Pork however you can eat but try to avoid if possible due to the omega-6. Many in the carnivore community prefer to do Ribeye, however make sure you look into which type of meat is the most nutritional for your body. Which is why it is a good idea to monitor your body while doing carnivore. You may also treat yourself with fish once or twice a week in moderation if you wish to do so in order to get some essential nutrients and vitamins along with your omega 3 and natural fish oil.
There are many types of meats that have more nutritional values than others. Such as RIBEYE, T-BONE, FLANKEN, RIB, CHUCK, BLADE, OXTAIL and ORGAN MEATS to name a few. It is recommended to try different types of meat for those who may get tired of eating the same thing and to provide the body with various vitamins and nutrients
BUTTER VS OTHERS
Grass-Fed Tallow is best, Ghee is 2nd best, but good quality butter is still good and works fine. Also raw butter is better than pasteurized and Grass-Fed if possible
CHEESE
Raw unpasteurized cheese is recommended however cheese should be limited and used only in strict moderation. Therefore if you are well discipline then perhaps you can get away with any type of cheese as part of a cheat treat but if you have issues holding back from limitation it is best to avoid it if possible
SALT
Good quality Sea Salts such as Baja Gold Sea Salt, Celtic Sea Salt, Persian Blue, Redmond Real Salt or Pink Himalayan, however avoid regular table salts
Many carnivores seem to prefer Redmond Real Salt. It’s pure, unrefined and full of trace minerals with many nutritional benefits. You can find some on My LIST
MEAT FAT
Many carnivores including some Carnivore doctors such as Doctor Anthony Chaffee claim that meat fat promotes weight loss along with other benefits some carnivores say it lowers your LDL cholesterol while improving your HDL cholesterol which is good for avoiding the risk of heart disease
EGGS
Pastured organic eggs with NO Hormones, NO Antibiotics Ever is preferred. Some carnivores eat them raw. I would not recommend the egg white to be eaten raw, however the yellow egg yolk is fine raw if you wish to eat it that way and if your stomach is able to handle it. For decades many athletes have been adding raw eggs in their protein shakes as well. The concern of salmonella has been argued for years. It is up to the individual whether they believe it to be a risk and for that reason we advice to consult a doctor before making these decisions.
BONE BROTH
Organic, free-range, grass-fed Bone broth is an excellent source of collagen, protein and micronutrients including calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin A, vitamin K2, iron, zinc, selenium, and manganese which are very important for our metabolic function along with the amino acid glycine which is also great for metabolic health including acid reflux relief. Bone Broth is also a good option for a Beginners Fast
ORGAN MEATS
Organ meats in the carnivore world it is considered a superfood as they are good ways to absorb good nutrients and vitamins, Some say that they have replaced their consumption of vitamins just by eating liver. There is also kidney, heart and others to consider. Some carnivores like to eat organ meats about once a week.
VITAMINS
You may still consume your vitamins specially if you lack a certain type of vitamin, however as you progress as a carnivore you may notice that you may not be lacking those vitamins anymore specially if you are including organ meat into your meals, therefore it is always good to monitor and consult a doctor to see where you have improved and where you have not. This includes medications. Magnesium, Potassium are recommended to protect your interior organs. You can find some on My List
ANIMAL PRODUCTS TO AVOID
If possible and for best results it is best to avoid milk and cheese if you are trying to loose weight, and remember that just because something is dairy does not mean they don’t have “OTHER FOODS” in their ingredients.
MOOTHIES:
Begin eliminating “OTHER FOODS” in smoothies from the first day by transitioning from smoothies to MOO-THIES (Smoothie Alternative) You can use dairy such as milk, plain yogurt, cinnamon, eggs for flavoring and even coffee preferably decaf. Other types of Carnivore Moothies may be available online (No fruits, no veggies, no sugars not even sugar-free alternatives) Avoid if you are seeking weight-loss. Best way to blend one is using a Ninja Blend or a similar appliance on My LIST
LION DIET
A simple plan for fast quick results. Plenty of Electrolyte Water, Meat preferably Ribeye with good quality Salt daily, For greater results implement intermittent fasting. Best way to cook is with a Ninja grill or a similar appliance on My LIST
ADAMS RIB DIET
Ribs with bone boiled in Water and Salt, other seasoning is optional, then eat it as a meat soup dish. Drink plenty of Electrolyte Water. Adding Organ Meat for enhance nutrients is optional. For greater results you may implement intermittent fasting. Best way to cook it is with an instapot or a similar appliance in My LIST
WATER
Electrolytes are very important in a carnivore lifestyle, a good quality amount of water will help you detox from other types of drinks you are use to drinking including coffee and to stay dehydrated so make sure you drink plenty of water specially Before and / or After meals
OILS
Cut off completely Canola, Grapeseed and Vegetables oils. if you must use oil rather than butter, then use good tested quality Olive Oil, there are a lot of oil scams out there, it is better to stick more carnivore by using butter or the animal fat as oil.. If you are looking for good quality Olive Oil you can find some on My LIST
COFFEE
Coffee is technically considered a plant, however the real issue is the caffeine so if you are able to avoid coffee it will be better for your body and mind. You may have to a caffeine detox first before enjoying some of the carnivore benefits, if you must drink coffee go decaf with no sugar nor sugar free creamers but rather keep it simple with pure dairy such as milk or even butter and no artificial chemicals.
BOWEL ISSUES
For Constipation relief eat more MEAT FAT, less SALT and less DAIRY with a fair amount of butter is okay, and for Diarrhea like in your stool eat more LEAN MEAT with less FAT and more SALT. However, still try to consume dairy in moderation. Many carnivores claim these issues adjust back to normal as your body gets used to the carnivore lifestyle depending on the person and some may not even experience them at all.
It is important to also note that in some cases the person may believe they are constipated only because they haven’t had a bowel movement in a while, however meat is processed differently in the body than other foods and is normal for meat not to come out as much during bowel movements since it gets absorbed more in your body unlike other foods.
MONITOR
Acknowledging results is important through monitoring through a medical professional for your Heart, Kidney and Liver Health or other health conditions you may have. Always make sure you consult a doctor that you trust in order for you to decide what amounts of nutrients, vitamins and food intakes you should be taking. Weight Scale, Measurements, Blood work and any other test recommended by your doctor. The results of these test will help the person know whether the carnivore diet may be suitable for them as a temporary or permanent lifestyle
